All personalized items are final sale. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.

General merchandise may be returned within 10 business days in original packaging for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
